I’ve been fighting the CSA for six years

December 3, 2013

I have been fighting the csa over a deo and libilty order since 2007 they said that the pwc has claimed for a qc at college. I had three boys with my first wife and I had contact with them every weekend, all three of them had left school and had full time jobs in 2007.

I provided written statements from the empolyer of the child that pwc claimed was in college in 2007 and still the csa continue to deduct 40% of my wage because they can and even thro it is in there own paperwork that the pwc has made a fraudulent claim they are not asking her to pay it back but they want me to pay it back instead. I have all paperwork and documents to prove what i have stated.

Hi Ian, sorry to hear of your troubles with the csa.
My advice would be to go and see your mp with all your evidence, what the csa are doing is fraud, theft and intimidation. They are denying you your basic human rights as you are being targeted and persecuted by them.
Insist that your mp get involved, that they are destroying your life and health, and pushing you beyond breaking point.
I’m sure more advice will come as there are some knowledgable members on this forum, who will be able to guide you further.
Be aware though that there is one or two trolls on here who may try to wind you up and make you feel a whole lot worse.
    Just ignore the trolls.
    Good luck
    Regards,
    Woody

Instead of just going through the csa with
your evidence also ring benefit fraud hotline and child benefit fraud. Unfortunately csa will only see if a child benefit claim was in place, which it was and that means you have to pay…..do I agree that a pwc hasn’t got to supply any proof to back up their claim, hell no as I know first hand how difficult it is to supply proof from an nrp!

How much of this fraud is going on, just the tip of the iceberg!

Woody is also right, also see your mp who then will be your only point of contact with the csa.

    Good luck!

Thanks for the advice however I have tired both of those routes, and still the csa continue with their actions.
