I’m the child, what can I do?

My dad and mum keep arguing non stop and I don’t no what to do as I’m the one in the middle who’s being told one minute my dad is getting phone calls from the CSS demanding money an the next minute my mum saying your dads only paid £40 this month ect.
My dad gives me money reguarlly but cash in hand like £20 a week for the weekend and he does pay my mum through the CSA when he can but he is self employed so doesn’t have work all the time only when it is given to him.
I don’t no what to do as I can’t deal with the arguing anymore! I was wondering if I could set up my own bank so he could put the money into my bank or if you have any solutions as I’m being put under pressure.

You sound like a nice kid. I don’t know if you can call CSA yourself or not but, your parents should not be telling you things like that. How old are you?
Children should be protected not poisoned and money can’t buy love as penny said your parents should not be telling you things like that and your mother will get child benefit tax credits ect
The CSA have been known to take money from one parent and not give the full amount to the other. You shouldnt know the ins and outs thou, its their argument not yours. Politely tell both of them that their rows are affecting you and can they communicate when your not present. Good luck! 🙂
Tbh your mum needs to remember not only dose she get CSA she get child tax n child ben , working tax if she works . She getting close to or over £100 for you along in just that . Your dad is not getting that he has his own bills to pay . CSA don’t go after men that are self employed the money he’s giving her probly by chocie

Tell your parents how you feel. They are annoyed at each other, but not at you. I’m sure they both love you. Non of it is your fault.
