I’m fed up with being told we have arrears

June 14, 2013

We keep getting told different facts by the CSA… from non-existant arrears to being told to stop paying as child turned 19. Then a month later claiming we now have to pay until she’s 20 EVEN THOUGH she has 2 jobs and we have been told she’s no longer in college…

Need to get complaint going as fed up with being told we have arrears when we have proof that we are NOT in any arrears

Take all your paperwork and any proof you have of the child not being in education etc and see your mp asap. Sounds like the pwc is still claiming child benefit, a phone call to the fraud office will hopefully shake things up.
Whilst doing the above, write a letter marked complaint and send to the csa recorded post and tell them what you are intending to do.
Might be worth getting your data prints which cost 10.00 to find out when these arrears occured if at all.

Good luck….it takes time but will be worth it in the end.

Got something to say?
