I want a personal arrangement but CSA still takes money via DEO

March 17, 2011

My daughter is 7 years old i have only ever met her on a few occasions since i found out she was mine when she was aged 5. When i found out she was through a DNA test her mother and i set up a private arrangement which went on for over a year and now she has found out she is pregnant again with her 3rd child she is taking me back to the CSA.

She refuses to allow my daughter to find out who i really am and i can only see her as and when she says. I live 147 miles away and dont get the opportunity to see her everytime i go home.

The CSA is taking £297 a month from me despite all this where as i still want the personal arrangement.

Last week I requested via email a CSA staff member ring me to discuss overdue paper work from them.
After a short chat with a female I was transferred to the debt/accounts/bully department and was quickly advised the standing order setup was no good? EH anyways I was offered two options direct debit or deduct from pay.
Option 3 please I control the amount of money I send you – not oh sorry Mr Blythe because of our incompetence you can’t pay your council tax.

Shortly after my phone call ended I advise my boss he may be getting a request from the CSA asking for a DOE –I advised him that he would be fined if he didn’t respond and he was responsible ever month to deal with this and send monies off. He looked at me and said you’ll be getting paid off son.
