I’M A FEMALE AND TOTALLY AGREE ABOUT HOW SCREWED UP CHILD SUPPORT IS. I HAVE 4 KIDS…2 WITH MY CURRENT BOYFRIEND AND HE HAS JUST BEEN ORDERED TO PAY $307 A MONTH TO HIS EX FOR HIS 10 YEAR OLD HE HAS WITH HER. THE CHILD DOESN’T EVEN STAY WITH THE MOTHER. THEY LIVE IN A BIG PLACE WHILE WE’RE STRUGGLING IN A SINGLEWIDE MOBILE HOME. BUT THE COURT DOESN’T CARE ABOUT THAT. I AGREE HE SHOULD PAY SOMETHING BUT IT DOESN’T TAKE THAT MUCH FOR ONE 10 YEAR OLD. CHILD SUPPORT SHOULD BE MADE TO GO ONLY THE CHILD NOT THE MOTHER. ALL SHE DOES IS SHOP AND GO OUT TO EAT ALL THE TIME. YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN HER FACE WHEN SHE CAME OUT OF THE COURTROOM. SHE HAD A SMIRK. BUT NOTHING WILL EVER CHANGE I GUESS.

My life has been ruined for years now and I just get looked at like a piece of crap on top of it all because of child support. They took to much and after years I have given up. They took and took and took. They would take my license, which meant I lost my job then I would go to jail. Make a payment agreement to get my license back, find a job be late on the payment because I had lost my first job because they took my license because we had an unpaid holiday. It was a non-stop circle that I ran around for years. I am about ready to kill myself seriously.

hi just reading the comments im a mother with 3 kids and i dont agree with csa at all everyone deserves the chance of starting again even the fathers. with the csa its impossible for men!! to start new lives when they have had an old one as they cant afford it they cant afford to look after themselves,or enjoy life with another family,or start a new one for the csa its wrong and unfair!! they ort to look at both sets of familys ie look at the old family to see if they actually need the money!!! off the others. we have all sorts of problems with the csa its time they just got rid its a waste of money and causes stress,and suicides than anything else. i think men that have children are seen as an open wage packet for anyone!!! let everyone havea second chance in life. lets face it noone goes without anyway its just for some bizzare reason some familys can have fun and money and some carnt it needs to be equal.!!!!

i feel for u all as i am in the same position i have been paying the csa for the last 10 years at 400 a month.i am getting in to more debt due to the csa i was having my children on a regular basis now i am on sick pay and could not aforrd to pay the csa my ex has stoped me having my children intill i have paid the csa the money. to me my health and children are important as i have been advised by the dr that i may not beable to return work.and now my ex will not let me have my children what can i do can any one help i may have lost my kids and my job

i feel every ones pain, something needs to be done i make $14.50 an hour and when i work a full 40 hours a week my chesk is only $123 every friday, i work construction so hours are very low and vary during the winter months, another thing thats the check i get claim 9 on my taxes i am in a large amount of debt, have to live at home with my parents and still cant afford to pay my own bills, this country is rediculous, our president and government needs to look into this and fix it, it kills thousands of americans every year

I earn £1000 per month and the CSA are taking £360 out of my wage.I pay my bills with the monies i have left, then i;m broke for 2wks. I’m sinking into the red fast. I’ve been diagnoised with depression since the CSA got there claws into me. I’ve tried appealing, my M.P. without any joy. The CSA are a law to themselves. they are wrecking my life.
I have always paid for my children while being employed. by the way i’m on the old rules and don’t have the money to live on my own any more so have to live with my dad. i pay him £300 rent a month which isn’t taken into account. My son visits 3 nites per week and my girl comes when she wants so that isn’t taken into account. The CSA have taken away my right to enjoy time with my kids. I can’t afford to take them out anymore. What can i do. Please

csa is gay we should only pay csa if we can see are child reguarly £32 a week duznt sound much duz it for one child but wen u dont here back from csa u start wurrying and u get an erge to call them and wen u do they say thers a hold up and u say how longs was it held up for and they say somthing like 2 months and they say ur in arreas now so that £32 for one child will become somthing like £122 a week am glad i didnt have twins i think it should stay at £32 a week no matter what duz any 1 no away to get out of paying atall ano my daughter i s my flesh and blood but cum on i think te oter perant should be forst to get a job to and we go halves thats better £16 aweek bit better and if she or he gets another partner make tem pay to csa are wankers

well 3 judges 2 seperate caff cass reports a back ground of domesic violence , and years of not turning up 2 c him and not paying any csa payments for 6 years sounds like it was all your fault .so kill her is a crap response you dont no what your on about
