NO matter what. Regardless send them a copy of every letter you send to the CSA. You'll be amazed how many NRPs together we can get better, improved, group response. Don't let the MP do nothng! Stand up and get the MP over worked with local CSA cases guaranteed to piss them off and force the issues directly with higher CSA bods..please pass this message on. They are 13 and 16. Their mother receives 1200 a month from me for child support. She lives in a home fully paid off worht $400,000. Sje earns 90,000 a year. She has redone her home in many ways, takes 2 to three vacations a year and has a very good bank account. I am re-married and am struggling to pay a mortgage and take care of my wife (hasn't worked in 6 years) and 5 year old child. We have a home with a mortgage I can barely pay. Roof leaks and can't afford a new one. Haven't had a vacation in over 7 years and can't even afford cable television. My wife is from another country where her parents live. They are old and in sick health. My wife wants to move there to take care of them. I need to stay here and work. I will be separated from her and my 5 year old for who knows how long because I can't leave my job. I'm from NJ and they will not reduce or stop child support for any reason just about. If I leave illegally and just stop paying they will take it from my SS when I am able to retire. Then, I won't be able to retire. When I divorced, I gave my ex the house to have child support at $50 a week. When she petitioned the court 4 years later to ask that the support be raised, the judge didn't even care about the divorce agreement and just raised my support to the max. Each year they raise it a little more and you can't even fight it. I've felt like a prisoner since the divorce. I haven't seen the kids much and they always seem to have something planned on the weekends, scouting, dance, karate, whatever. Child support is a scam for good people. I have always thought of the kids never missing birthdays, christmas, graduations, etc. and have tried my best to be a father. But the court system makes it more than unbearable. It's a joke, but I could have killed her many years ago and been out of prison by now. This way I have at least 8 more years of the prison of child support. What a shit world we live in. It was quite amuseing to hear different views and opinions. I myself am tied down with the CSA. My Ex wife is a very angry and shallow women. I dont see my children and i am struggling just like the rest of you to make a new happy life. Seriously i agree that we should put up and just try to move one. But what happens when you have tried and put yourself out only to find heartache from the suffering and hurt that the new people in your life who love you have to endure along with you. My wife had an affair and that how we broke up. i forgived her but she wouldnt let this other person go. We got a divorce and gained three quaters of the profit from the house. thanked me for being very reasonable and said that i was such a nice guy and its a shame that she isnt still in love with me. She said that she would never take me to the CSA for all that i had suffered and all that i had done. Afew months later after blowing all her money and not wanting to work she took me to the CSA. It hurt me, our children and my new partner and her children as they take an amount that leaves us really struggling. I am a nice guy, i'm sure that most of you guys are too. We can't give in and the people who have commented with just accept it are the people that cant finf or dont want happiness and have already give in. If your child was constantly being bullied you wouldnt say 'just accept it 'and then ignore it. We need to stand together and work together. Communicate and understand each other. Everyone has the right to live and there is no reason for either party to be unhappy. It only takes a small compremise. The problem is some people cant get shut of their anger and just want to cause there existing partner pain. The Threat is the CSA, they're unreasonable, inhumane and very arrogant. Unproffessional and unsincere. They need to be stopped and something has to be done. If we as parents who have lost the chance to live just lie down, then we are lying down for all those that are constantly being bullied, lying down for the week people on this planet who cant defend themselfs and we are not doing what makes us human. To stop caring and to stop believing is giving up all rights to be human. If you are reading this and have any idea's legaly on how we can change the way of practise and make afew lifes better or less painful, please feel free to email me with your idea's. The only way to turn the problem around is to make the civil employees in the system live in fear, then they will begin to think twice about their corruption and the direct consequences. Real fear is a great motivator for change. So if your thinking of ending it all, at least go out making a difference for the rest of us victims...besides there's thousands of them to choose from and only one wife that leads directly to you. Men start running, people who know your running will help, we have camps and hide away places and safe houses. Society wants you to take up support so you can line the pockets of CSA with cash. i was paying for two kids who are not mine but because i was married and she cheated and conceived two kids with this man and tricked me into signing the certs. btw for female responders, in louisiana, if the child is born while your married to the spouse who gave birth to the child, no matter what, its your child.
