    Since 2009 the NRP and me agreed (Consent Order) that Maintenance for our two children is paid through the CSA or a likewise institution. I have three Appeals in place to be processed. The NRP has now written to me that he moved permantly to Singapore. Historically the NRP has been posted by various companies abroad and the company he is working for is not based in Singapore. He has written to me that he will continue to pay Maintenance as assesst through the lates payment plan (I appealed against).
    My Questions;
    Will my Appeals be heard even if the NRP moved?
    If there is a new payment plan how will this be implemented as the CSA has been collecting the money for me?
    I believe that he is on a temporary posting. Will the CSA make a new assessment? What can I do to support my situation (he still owns property in the UK, holds a bankaccount, etc.).
    The NACSA mentioned that the CSA might clos my case. What do I do than? I still have the consent order.

    Please, advice is highly needed

    why dont you go and get a job rather than sponging of the state and your ex partner. Have you looked at why he moved to singapore? I would imagine to get away from his twisted and bitter ex partner who is draining him financially

    If your ex's company does not have a UK based payroll the case will be closed. Any debt will be suspended, until he returns to the UK, when you can reopen the case.
