I was the parent with care and x husband had made one payment in 7 years of 102.20 for three children, He made an appeal to the upper tier tribunal and lost he then appealed a second time and lost again now im told he can appeal again to the upper tier himself but would hav eto pay himself... how long can he keep doing this and is it fair that he can do this in the first place?

It is a shame that parents like this continually try to dodge responsibilities while others stand up to them and get hammered. I was under the impression that the CSA could take a DEO and then pay it back to him if he wins an appeal. If you are not going through the CSA then I suggest you do so as they are good at getting results....Often not the right one but it seems like this bloke deserves it!

A Deduction of Earnings Order would be great if my x husband didnt work for his mistress, who refused to pay this and then changed his working hours to just 12 a week ( it is against the law to change your working hours to avoid paying child support) he was paid cash in hand for the other 28 hours a week he worked, he even threatened to take the CSA to court for the payment they took from his bank account and they paid him back ! what about my rights .. it seems that he can do what he likes because his mistress is very well off they lie through their teeth in court and its left for me to proive this !
