I have 2 sons, 17 and 18 year old. The 18 year old is in full time education, the 17 year old is studying leisure on the x-box, apart from that he collects glasses in a night club 2 nights a week. The CSA application was pre 2003. When do I no longer need to pay the CSA? They both live with there mother, in the house I gave her, but don't spend any time with me overnight.

I have recently been in touch with the CSA over the same issue my case started back 1995, my daughter has left school last June at 16 now working cash in hand so her mum still claims benefit for her. The law changed June 2011 If the child is in receipt of benefit they are entitled to claim child support up to the age of 19. Also you will pay until they leave fulltime education or any course that holds NVQ level 3 or above.
Hope this helps although not the best of news.
