hi, im posting on behalf of my boyfriend, he has a 10 year old son whom he adores i'll add. he lives with his mother but goes to my boyfriends every tuesda and thursday after school and stay til about 7 o'clock then he drops his son off at his mothers and goes to work, night shift. he also has his son saturday 12pm til sunday roughly 6pm. he pays half towards his school uniform buys most of his clothes and pays for all activities and trips. his ex wife has now decided she wants 40 pound a week maintenance and is going to csa, she isnt struggling for money. my boyfriend would be financially ruined if he had pay this because he is struggling get by as it is as he practically fully supports the child and the mother receives all the child benefit and child tax benefit for the lad. he is now worried sick cause he'll have to give his house up if she continues with the claim, anyone got any advice on what he can do. thanks
