    Hello,First time poster....
    Can you tell me how i can stop my ex husband's deduction of earnings as we have agreed a payment plan without the CSA being involved.

    His ex needs to stop the claim, or you need to rovide proof in writing witnessed and signed by her she has agreed.. That is my understanding...

    But very unlikely it will happen quickly, so you will be paying twice...!
