stopping CSA in courts when sharing residence

My son is with me 3 nights/week. I earn less than his mum. She gets child benefit and child tax credit. I pay her CSA. Familiar story I think. We have yet to conclude financial matters since our separation. Within our settlement I would like to arrange to share benefits and cease CSA payments (or neutralise them through an equivalent maintenance order from her to me). Does anyone know of any precedent for this in the UK courts? I appreciate that i would be powerless to prevent her from claiming CSA again, but would aim to make this pointless through an order which would mean that she would have to pay it back to me anyway.
    Any help much appreciated.

hi firstly well done for forward thinking i bet 90% of the people on here wish they had done this any court arrangement would not be touched for 12 months then she could apply to the csa negating it . if you are paying a morgage for the house your ex and child live in this is taken in to account when calculating payments as is any joint debts excl credit cards . you will have zero chance of a reciprical payment and beleiving things will stay friendly from past experience is naive to say the least the best advice i can give is look after yourself dont try to placate or please anyone else if you do anything to complicate csa it will bite you in the arse pay your money take your pathetic 3 nights reduction and see your children sorry if this seems negative
