Ok long story but here we go. Been fighting CSA for 5 years now as I got stung by a woman who was determined to get pregnant by me, long story, very sordid but nearly ended my marriage.
Firstly had a DOE then I went Self Employed. They took me to court and wouldn't accept anything I was telling them about a reduction in my earnings and the court went with CSA wasn't even allowed in the room.
Lost my house, nearly bankrupt and basically begged stole and borrowed the 2.5k then wanted from me otherwise going to prison.
I HAVE HAD NO CONTACT FROM THEM ABOUT MY EARNING SINCE I CAN'T REMEBER WHEN
The wife has had a letter from the other woman basically offering to end all of the hassle and asking for a one off payment for 2008- present date to end all this hassle, apparently it can be done through solicitors. We are not convinced, what do you think or know about it
