Hi all im after some advice/information as what my dad can do. Basicaly my dad has been given a letter that they are going to get a sale of order agaisnt his property because he apprently owes 300k in child maintenance from me and my brother and sister. Im not saying that he shouldent of paid the maintenance many years ago but I see it now as its been and gone and my moms feels the same way and wants nothing else to do with the proceedings. Basicaly that figure if its correct is going be impossible for my dad to pay now which im guessing is why there going after his property. Im just wondering if there is anything he can do to stop this from happening as I dont want him to be put out on the streets.
