Reassessment of CSA Costs

    I have not been reassessed in ten years and one of my two children I am paying to the CSA is now working.

    How do I recalculate as I was assessed on the original rules.

    Greatful for any help

    You can be reassessed anytime you ask for it.
    Though a child can work and still be classed as a student up to 19 or whilst child benefit is being claimed for the child, in this case you would still need to pay csa - but if the child is not in education full time 16hrs + then you should be reassessed, give them a call.
