What is going on!!!
The PWC has recently passed away and the child is living with PWC's daughter...I am now worried my daughter will be even more alienated from me than ever.
In all the 12 years of my daughters life I've been allowed to visit twice.
Any advice

I would queery why you have only been allowed two visits . If you are the childs father and you are on her birth certificate i would look into getting legal advice about getting residency of your child.

The PWC's daughter could in effect put in a claim as PEWC (person with care) she would be treated as if she were the PWC, you may wish to consider taking the advice given previously regarding residency.
