I currently earn around 700 pounds a month and the csa want to take seventy pounds a week amounting to nearly three hundred a month, this also includes arrears from when i changed jobs. This would leave me with around four hundred a month to pay rent and bills and support my second family. My gas and electric is going to be cut off any minute and other bills are looking like court. I have explained to the bastards at csa about all this but they dont want to know, i want to pay maintenance but at an affordable rate. it was me that contacted the csa in the first place. My ex wont even let me see the kid. i dont know what to do, its a never ending struggle. Help.............

search the internet for ideas and contact the citizens advice burea. There is always a way round situations.do not let them damage your mental state and health.Protect your new life dont bring a black cloud home with you.Think about it,what can they really do.Just give them what you can afford for now.Your life will still go on,do your hobbies or sports, enjoy your new family carry on doing the things you did before all this to the best of your ability. For now just live 1 day at a time and enjoy it.try not to give a shit where will worrying get you.it wont change your situation.Think outside of the box for ideas to buy yourself a bit of time and get yourself into a better situation.I had to give up on the idea of ever owning my own home again which took ages to get my head around. Now i think so what it doesnt stop me living my life.I know this isnt much help but its how i live now.Until people come together and start putting up a proper fight we will all just have to keep playing the game.
