I finished with the CSA nearly five years ago. March 2011 they informed me i owed them £800 from years before , even though i paid them by direct debit. They took this money from my wages over two months which was bad enough. Then they took an extra payment of just over £100. I have called them several times and they tell me i will get a refund but this was last June . They can take it almost instantly but dont want to pay it back. Anyone know how i can proceed!

Always communicate with the CSA in writing so that you havea record of events.
Once you have written confirmation that you have overpiad a certain amount, then you are in a stronger position to procede further.
In my Case, it took the CSA 2.5 years to admit that I was in credit. They also promissed to repay the money 'within a couple of months'. After 14 months of waiting I had to go to the Small Claims Court before they reimbursed me.
The problem is that the money has already been paid to the PWC.
