can anyone advise please on the care element of the csa assesment under the old scheme.i have been charged the full 100% untill my daughter was nearly 16.i believe it should reduce by 25% at 11 and 50% at 14.thier own book does not tell you that you have to apply for re-assesment,just that it is reduced,i have looked through the child support act and there is no mention of it.has its not part of the maintenance assesment.this means i have overpaid by over £3500.thinking of taking them to small claims court.any advice would be very welcome.
