Hi All,
My current situation is this.
I have 2 children with 2 people.
I currently pay for 1 child on the old system.
I also have another child with my current partner, and we have been going through a rough patch and I have moved back to my parents. She has phoned the CSA to get me to pay.
What Is likely to happen will I have to pay for one on the old system and one on the new system? or will the old one get transfered to the new system and then both on the new system.
Because the payments are twice as much on the old system as the new system this is going to put me in serious financial trouble.
I am hoping to maybe patch things up this maybe wishful thinking but then what happens does one case get closed?
