    Hi guys/girls

i broke up with my sons mother 8 years ago in that time while my son was living with her i paid maintenance every month for that period without missing 1 payment into her account as that was my responsability, My son has now been living with myself and my wife and 2 kids for the last 2 years as his mother was found out to have a drink problem and i took it on myself to get my son away from that . NOW the problem is his mother has not paid me a penny in the last 2 years as maintenance for my son my question is ,is this right in our society that it should be equally fair that a father AND mother pay maintenance for there son/daughter if they no longer live with them . MY QUESTION IS how do i or what route do i go down now to get some money for my sons upkeep from her she was so adement i paid her on time threatening to me that i wouldnt see my son if i didnt pay i dont want too give her the same question but would like some help?

Start a claim with the CSA. On the forms give as much info as you can on the NRP.Keep dogging the CSA for your payments when they have worked out your entitlement.
