for the last 7 years have been fighting and paying csa. In that time have been told so many diffrent stories but 1 has always been the same if dna refused case is closed but guess what not the case has mother has now refused twice. Tgey have told me so many diffrent things but when you read web site the 2 major points that apply to me are mother has to back up her claim if so called farther desputes it that never happened just took money and also if proven or a refusal of dna the case will be closed and fater given money back from first time he disputed it 2004 for me but still not closing case. €an anyone please tell what to do now cos am at a dead end.

I am in the same situation mate, my ex refuses to give dna and claims i am the dad, but she had affair and has admitted to csa i may not be dad, but the csa just say u were married at time of birth and on bith cert so bugger off, they keep taking my wages on arrestments and my ex has had just under £10'000 of me. she is racking up the dads since i left probably doing the same to them, its areal shame that children might never get to know their real dads cause the csa hind behind beaurocracy.

If your name is on the birth certificate you are screwed whether you are the actual father or not. The CSA don't give a damn as long as they are getting the extra tax in for the government and keeping themselves in a cushy job. Make an official complaint in writing and if you are not happy with the outcome then write to or see your MP. If he can't get them to sort it out then ask him to refer it to the parliamentary ombudsman. Just keep at it, because they will hound you till the death if necessary.
They have the corrupt law on their side and will use and abuse it.
