We are paying child support to my husbands ex partner for his son, since getting with her new boyfriend who lives 190 miles away from her, she is never home to look after the son. In the last 2 months she has only been home for about 3 weeks, as much as we appreciate that she is entitled to her own life we are paying for her to maintain the son but she is not there to do it! Are we within our rights to only pay her for the weeks that she is home to look after him or can we pay the money directly to one of the other siblings who are looking after him??
