Hi i have happily paid every time the csa has told me i had to pay but about 3 years ago they gave me a nil assessment which again i was very happy with. Now three years later they have tole me that there was a mistake three years ago and i should have been paying all along this was after i had asked them to check my assessmenmt at least 9 times, and was assured the nil assessment was correct. I am now being told i have to pay £75 a week and i owe £16.000 can i do anything about the mistake they have made (i am aware that i can appeal and intend doing so ) but what are my chances of success
