It is stressful defending yourself against anyone at the best of times but when the agency writes to you and no matter how trivial the letter may seem..keep it and file it in correct order.Keep originals only post copies, it all sounds obvious but if you are fairly new to the CSA take it from a pro the paperwork is designed to wear you down it soon becomes a library.
