Lets say, hypothetically speaking, that my partner won a large amount of money on the lottery. So much so that we could both give up work. Due to this, I have no income to speak of. I have a two year old son, who I wish to provide for, and have been providing for since he was born.
I have been with my current partner since before I knew my son was on his way to the world. (sounds complicated).
My question is, with me being unemployed but my partner being a millionaire, how would the CSA look apon this?

If you are on the new system post 2003 then your partners income has nothing to do with the csa at all - unless she pays you a wage or income - if it is proved you have an "income" of money then you will pay 15% of that income if it is paid to you by your partner or any one else.

So if I wanted to pay a reasonable amount of money to support my son then my partner could pay money in to my account each month?
