I went to court for the 2nd time on Monday 8th February for a liability order as the 1st one was adjourned due to evidence I provided. The case on Monday was withdrawn, however yesterday I got a call form the CSA saying the initial date of January 1994 was incorrect and they are now pursuing it from July 1994. Based they say on information that I was claiming benefits at an address at which I did not live.

My son is now 19 and I work full time but I am now seriously considering quitting and spending more time with my two children, I have a meetinh with my MP next week, and I am not supplying the CSA with any further findings regarding my case please advise

Its complex but is you need more details please let me know

Hi, i was in court today with a very similar story, this was my second time after a previous adjournment. I have paid for my daughter all my working life due to being in the forces. Then when i left my job i was given a debt of £800 to the CSA??? It was only when i questioned the debt; they threatened to take me to court, so i jumped at the chance, yes please i thought, how can i be wrong. To cut this story short, today the court ruled in favour of the CSA, reason being the case was too complicated ???? You might laugh but its true. Please message me for more info on the case.

  4. Court sort LO's can not be dated earlier than July 2000. A debt owed before this period can be chased via a DEO.
