   For those that are fed up with the one way traffic of intimidation, deceit, harassment and general persecution dished out by the CSA, I suggest a modest riposte by asking NRP's to submit a request for a complete copy of the file the CSA holds on record, including voice recordings of telephone conversations.
   As well as exerting some inconvenience in the opposite direction, some of you reading this thread may find some useful information within the documentation provided.
   Write to:-

   Benton Park View, Benton Park Road
   Longbenton, Newcastle upon Tyne
   NE98 1YX

   and request the info within 28 day

   The NRP and the PWC have separate files. You normally write to Data Protection to obtain copies of documents you may have lost or never had, say in the case of a telphone voice recording. You are only supposed to receive copies of your own file but as a lot of information is common to both files and as the CSA have been known to make mistakes, they may include additional documentation, so you may dip in and get to see something beneficial.

   Hi,
   from my previous dealings with this shower, I would surgest you send anything by recorded delivery, they seem to lose things when it suits them.
