I have had enough 10 years and two tribunals and still yes still they cant do it right and they never will. I have had compensation in the past for their mistakes but now the lunatics have definately taken over, some fresh faced case worker send me out an abhorent tirade of threats and has admitted accessing files she has no right to so now i want HER ASS in court for defamation threats and harassment as well as slander and defamation, all is provable all i need is to know how best to approach it, no one not even a solicitor knows this bundle like me so i really want to do it myself.#

I have now got to wait to go to the appeals court following two illegal tribunals one first tier and one second tier.

Advice from me - accept nothing they don't know what they are doing and even the highest authorities IE the upper tier are just fossils dragged up to do the work of the CSA because they (csa) have not got the powers- the tribunals make it up as they go just appeal and appeal and appeal especially when you know they are wrong.

Hmm, if your suing theses guys are you going to be paying for the lawyer with your own hard earned cash?

I think their threats are used to compensate for their lack of power. They hope you will be scared of this and thus make it easy for them by doing exactly what they want.

If you have had success in the past then good luck to you.

I looked into breaches of the DPA a few years ago, and initially I was told I'd have to make a complaint to the Data Protection Registrar, they'd look into wether it had been the case and then either fine or warn the company involved, however if it seems that you have had monies etc deducted or taken from you, or it has affected you financially, after the registrar confirms they were in the wrong (the company involved..the CSA in this case) then you could take them to a small claims court etc from there on using the registrars confirmation as proof of the delving into your details wrongly which affected you financially, and use that as a basis for getting money back from them.
I've got to say I've not taken anyone to court but just I was told that that's the normal procedure. Hope that helps in some way
