    Hi peeps... I am new
Can you tell me if CSA can find out if mother is working when she states being student ? Doesnt students do weekend work etc ???
Where can CSA access to find out total income ? Surely tax office or tax credits etc...?
Would it be better to set monthly amount with mother and get rid of CSA or can you do this ?
I dont know what to do, help please

    Hi Mate

I have had a 8 yr battle with the CSA say well away if you can but on the other hand
donot trust the word of a woman they all say one thing and then they see £££££ and the tern on you blackmail you with the kids,

If you have a agrment with your ex get it all down on paper put in place by a good scoliciter or you are doomed balive me,

The CSA are gangsters and a mafia backed by the guverment and the courts.

It won't make any difference if the mother is working or not, you still have a liability. Yes you can cut out the CSA, providing that the PWC agrees, but if this happens be sure to inform the CSA and get confirmation that the case has been updated to reflect this.

I agree with Big Gaz, whether the PWC works or not is irrelevent. You would need to pay the same level of maintenance calculated on your earnings regardless. If you dont have to go through the CSA then dont, lol.
