How can i stop the csa takin money out of my bank without me knowin????

They cannot do that unless they have an agreement with you on a payment rate along with an assessment which they would have sent to you. You must have had contact with them in the 1st place if they have your account details. change you bank account but inform them that until they actually make some contact with you to discuss the amounts they take you will not be paying anything else into the account,but please save the money or send them a cheque if you do have an agreed payment with them.

Again Dustie wrong info here you are opening this person up to the elements of the CSA.
Have you actually dealt with the CSA as a normal person because i have.
HMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM.?
