Well THE DDAY IS DAWNING and we are at our wits end here and we really dont know what to do.

To cut a long story short I split with my ex partner some 9 years ago and at the time we had a daughter who was 1.

I was allowed access for the first 3 months then she stopped all access and even got a harrassment order against me to prevent me seeing our daughter.

I am now settled with new partner and 2 boys aged 6 and 3 years and have been together for the last 8 years.

We have our own house which is solely in my name on the mortgage due to my partner not working at the time we took it out.

Right or wrong I have not paid CSA anything as they were asking stupid amounts over the years which would mean we couldnt afford to pay mortgage etc let alone bring 2 boys up. I was also never allowed to see my daughter.

The CSA have teamed up with Advantage Finance(car loan years ago) and are taking us to court this Tuesday 13th July for an ORDER OF SALE to force the house sale.

My partner invested £15000 for the deposit against house purchase when we bought it which was from her grandad.

The CSA are saying there is £10000 owing and that there is equity in the house to cover this.

Surely if they make us all homeless I will never be able to get another mortgage let alone begin to pay the debt off.

Can anyone please advise we just feel like posting the keys but dont know were we stand.

At the moment my partner has started a new business and I look after the youngest who is not at school until next year so she is the bread winner and sometimes I help her out during the week.

Anyone please any urgent help will be much appreciated.

Also we have not been able to afford a solicitor.

    MANY THANKS IN ANTICIPATION

    Hi
Just read your post - sorry this is late. How did you get on?
I used a solicitor for this - you can lose your home if not. Even if they made the order, get in touch with this chap, his firm is the only one in the country that defend these actions: kalvin.chapman@atmsolicitors.com

    good luck
