The CSA have just contacted my husband about his 8 year old from a previous relationship. He had a verbal agreement and paid her direct - no way of proving that! He has had regular contact with her throughout her life, and he hasn't had any contact from csa till now. He has no problem with csa direct, but can they claim the last 8 years in arrears? We're not sure wether she has only just put this claim and this why they've only just called him. Funny thing is I've just had a baby!!!
