im so angry, i spent 3 years trying to get the address of my daughters father, gave all the info i had, because hes sending all letters back, the csa are dropping the case?, how the hell can that be it?. is there nothing ican do, they have told me that he stays just under the radar so theres nothing they can do?...please help

I had this with my ex. He was putting all utility bills etc in someone else's name and didnt go on the electoral roll so he couldnt be found that way. I gave them his car registration number and they checked it with the DVLA and used that as a confident address. I also gave them his work details (he's self employed so I gave them the addresses of the people he contracts to) and they called them for the address on his invoice. I guess if he's employed they could do that too?
Keep phoning them with every little bit of info you can find. Don't give up. x
