   Hi

   My ex partner is lying to the CSA that him and his current wife have split up, when infact they are still living under the same roof.

   They are claiming child maintence for there Child, to lower the payments that i recieve for my child.

   i know it sounds hard to believe but this man would do anything to not pay a penny for my child,

   What exactly can be done about this.
   The Csa say they have to take each claim as a genuine Claim. But there Claim was only put in after he recieved his maintence calculation for my child. So it must make there alarm bells start ringing.

   There must be more power for The CSA to check every single Detail wether it is a true claim.

   Do i contact Criminal Compliance, or What. I think this is unfair. that not much seem to be done without proof.

   Nothing you can do and his personal life is no longer your problem. If they say they have split up then they have seperated then they have. They can live under the same roof for years, a friend of mine divorced his wife but they still live in the same house.

   If you do try and catch him out and he is telling the truth.. then be prepared for the backlash.

   HI

   I have been fighting with the CSA for 10 years now for payments for my son. My ex husband has left jobs to dodge his responsibilities, gone undercover so he can't be found etc. The CSA seem to have little power to find him.

   He now owes over £9,000 and left his job again 8 mths ago. The CSA have just caught up with him and he says he is unemployed and has no income coming in. I know this is rubbish as he has a mortgage and other children to support but the CSA take his word for it and will not question what he says!

   Yet again my son misses out!

   This system that the CSA have is Unethical and I want to challenge it with the support of parents fighting for their children. I need strong backing from everyone who is having trouble from Non Resident parents that are dodging their responsibilities regarding paying for their children; be them male or female.

   If you have a CSA story please email me telling me your experience with the CSA. Please include your name and address( I may need to contact you) . If I can get enough evidence from people detailing how incompetent the CSA is I will contact my local MP and campaign to change the system. PLEASE BACK THIS CAUSE FOR THE SAKE OF ALL THE CHILDREN WHO ARE MISSING OUT!

   If anyone is interested in doing this with me please let me know. The more of us involved in this the better. I know how stressful dealing with the Child Support Agency is. Its 2012 and the agency is still as incompetent as when it started!

   If people are committing benefit fraud they face consequences. If people are not financially supporting their children they can walk away - this isn't right!
