My ex is in the process of putting everything into his partner's name to avoid paying any child support.

He runs a sandwich delivery business and has taught her to drive so that she can do the deliveries. I have evidence that he has put the company into her name.

I was receiving £100 a month, but this has been decreasing recently.

I suspect I will end up with nothing very soon.

He owes about £6000 in arrears.

The CSA tell me there is nothing they can do if he is choosing to live like this. He will still be helping her run the business, but with no evidence that I can present to the CSA what can I do?

If it is proven that your ex is deliberately putting his business or any of his assets into his partners name then this is illegal.

Push CSA to look into this now before this completes. Put it in writing to the complaints department of the CSA and keep a copy of this. Send this by Recorded Delivery and keep your copy.

If he is living with his partner then her income has to be taken into consideration when his assesment is being carried out. Push the csa to act now.

    good luck
