is my ex living on thin air? After taking 5 years to get a penny from him through the csa, he stops working and goes on benefits. He stopped getting benefits earlier this year so what do they think he is living off as the tax man says he isnt paying tax so cant be working?? Another cash in hand job I guess. So now I wait for yet another pointless Liability Order.They say that because he hasnt informed them of a change, his assessment is still at £39/wk SO HOW HAPPY AM I TO BE GETTING THIS IMAGINARY AMOUNT EACH MONTH?!!
They didnt even bother to tell me he had stopped working, the only letter Ive had from them this year is to say he was on long term sickpay (his name on the letter was DEFINATELY not my childs fathers name)
He refuses to answer their security questions when they call him so they cant even ask him what he's playing at....skip the security and tell him what I think of him plz
