The Mother of my child has been defrauding the CSA for 13 years. She didnt tell them that the child stayed with me at the weekends. I have always informed them but was basically told i was a liar. Now thay have accepted that the child has overnights with me but wont back date the over payments as they say i only informed them this year. Can i take this further by claiming to be a victim of a crime?
