Been up to court last friday Third time. last two times was told should have legal aid public funded.any way third time up in front of a single magistraight wilful refusal any way they tried me in court even with my not guilty plea..when i asked the magistraight why he hads tried me on a not guilty plea. His reply was this case would just go back and forth some one had to do something.they wanted 11.000 going back to 1999. and 44.000 areares......I got to pay£5 perweek and six week suspended sentence on default. I thought prison sentence was a criminal matter. that should leed to legal aid. what redress do i have now. I have not worked since going bankrupt in 1999.the first liability order was the week after.
