I sent a complaint letter in to Judi Cass (or Judy Cass as it also says on the letter from her) a few weeks ago and was told they'd reply in 15 working days, which is next week.
Just wanted to know if anyone else has dealt with her before?

I sent a complaint in both letter and e-mail form over 3 months ago after being told on the phone by a CSA officer that I had 'got my self into this mess'. This after I asked how I was going to pay £3000 arrears in 28 days on £72.55 a week. (Arrears I am disputing and will never pay)I even gave them the exact time and length of the call.
As of yet I have heard nothing and don't expect to either!

I was told some time back that the people you deal with at the CSA do not use their real names because of the grief they get from parents. I was also told that staffing levels at the CSA are high because of the guilt they feel for lying to people and that they employ young staff on low wages.
