Long story short, married in 1999, my wife had affair 6 months later, fell pregenant, got call from the guy she slept with and told me he may be the dad, my wife admitted this, I stayed with her and split up 2 half years later, when child was 16 months, i signed birth cert and was married between time of conception and birth, the csa are hanging onto this even though they know she had an affair, my wife agreed to dna in 2002, i paid for then she refused, she then agreed if i gave her the house, she then refused once the csa got me she decided i was alwys the dad and i am just avoiding my daughter and avoiding payment, the child is on her 3rd dad now in 2011, i have tried to get her to give dna but as i said once the csa got me that was it, her story now is yes i did have an affair but i am the real dad. the csa refuse to talk about this and treat me like a criminal threats of jail and loosing my passport and drivers license, my ex wife brought up the issue of me not being the dad in the latter stages of our marrige in late 2001 early 2002 and when we seperated in ealry 2002, she said my access was to be supervised by her or her family, and i told her she has no legal rights to do that, but she told me i may not be the dad, she can do what she wants, all while going to the csa and attempting to tell thema different story, until i told the csa the real story, the csa gave her 28 days to provide samples for dna she delayed it unitl the csa began to take money from me, my ex wife hit me and cheated on me a lot i left because i did not want a child growing up seeing that, i am told my only hope is a declarator of non parentage as the dna will not happen, she is obviously hiding something eh, anyone any advice on this, for the record since 2002 I have paid £9760 to her.
