    Hi
My ex husband is moving in with a woman who has 1 child (not his child). They are not married so child is not a "step child" as such. Does anyone know if this affects his CSA payments for his own 2 children who live full time with me.

    Cheers for any advice.

    Hi Lucy.

When he informs the CSA of his change in circumstances, they will review his case and there well may be a slight adjustment on the payment he makes.(slightly less)
