i have two charges against my home yesterday i received a demand for £2505.00 (witch is one of them but wrong amount) that if i didnt contact them within 7 days i could go to prison for 42 days or lose my leicence for 2 years i phoned straight away my case officer was not there and was told he would phone me today he hasnt i told them my case was with the ombudsman didnt want to know can you advise me of my next move

CSA case workers never phone you back. They seem to want it to get to the stage where they automatically deduct money from your wages and go through the courts.
Record every phone call, take down times, dates and names of who you speak to. Your best weapon is proof that you've done everything you can to contact them and that they are at fault.
