    Has anyone had the bailiffs set on to them I any owe £280 but I have no job and don't have a income I live of my wife and she has a part time job what will I be able to pay them and what would csa do of the don't catch me in ?

    If that's the case the debt should be suspended and you should have a nil assessment. But make the CSA know your circumstances.

    It is nil this is off last year when the tax credits were in my name

    Help they have been to my door today but I missed them I got to ring them they want £50 up front not much I no but I haven't got it what do I do ?

    The bailiffs are rossendales and have put the wrong amount on the letter please help me

    You could also try the citizens advice which will be free.

    Make an offer of payment, no matter how small, rather than refusing to pay anything.
