I have looked through the site and although my problem with the CSA spans back to when it was formed in 1993 I think the last three years have been hell. My first point is do any arrears have to be paid within two years, I have had problems with the CSA and from reading the forum nearly every thread gets my agreement.
So do any arrears have to be paid within two years and is there any law by statute because the CSA is a Government organisation and is under the jurisdiction of DWP.
