Hi I am here to get advice for hubby.
my hubby pays his x wife direct for 3 kids monthly.
in May 2008 they told the csa they wanted to make a private arrangement. So the csa sent them a letter informing them both that the weekly payment should be £70 per wk,
The 3 children come to stay with us 2 nights every 2 wks. Now hubby has to pay for a 4th child through the csa to another mother she would not take a direct payment every month & also does not allow for hubby to see there son. So after working it out on the csa calulator based on hubby's wages & how many kids he as to pay for it works out at £69 per week between the 4 of them. So his x wife should get £51.75 for the 3 children & the rest is for the other mother. So why do the csa dictate on how much hubs should pay his x wife even though it is a private arrangement between them & nothing to do with the csa?????
