Hi i have 3 children aged 10 13 6 i have split up with the father. my 2 girls 10 13 are living with him as they did not want to change school. and i have my 6year i have no money at all and am on income support. my ex who i lived with for 15yrs is a Millionaire and has a regular income ownes a number of houses that he rents out has cars worth £160grand owns a pub and i could go on. i am in rented accomadation i get £109 pounds a week benifit for me and my son. i also every other weekend have my girls stay with me its so hard to feed 3 children on what i have for just me and my son. i have asked if he could help out and give the girls some money for food he wont so i went to a family court last week and had a order when the girls come down he provides food for them. he is a very controlling man.iv been gone from him 2yrs and he does not give me any maintenance for my son he buys him clothes for when he has him but he cant bring them to my house. he has said i wont get maintenance as he has the 2 girls and if i contact the csa he will do the same and they will take money out of my benifits as he has the girls is this true. im finding it realy hard at presant i have no family to help me im looking for a job but with my son only 6 its hard. he so needs new shoes and clothes would i be eligible maintenance in my situation??? thanks
