Stupid CSA have taken 11 months to add one child on and still they say it will take another 12 weeks, which is what they have being saying for the last 11 months. Does anyone have any ideas as the dribblers on the end of the phone have no answers.

I had this with them...took me a year of expensive phonecalls and losing my temper countless amounts of times. In the end i had to get in touch with my local MP, who was brilliant and sent a letter to the Chief Executive of the CSA and within a month everything was sorted out.
