To cut a long story very short, I divorced my Ex 10 years ago. He is an Actuary and I have court papers to prove that in 2000 he was earning £76,000 per annum. He has a huge pension (only huge thing he did have!!!) and I walked away from everything on the understanding he would provide for our 2 children. Silly me!!
He reneged on our agreement on pretty much the same day I obtained our Decree Absolute and in the whole of 10 years has not paid a penny towards supporting them in any way shape or form. Finally got the CSA to agree he does have to pay for our youngest daughter BUT only in March this year!
Again, he gets the last laugh as he has to pay a paltry £250 per month for one child, eldest is now 21, which in my equation puts him on a wage of approximately £30,000 p.a? I cannot believe that for one moment his wage has dropped by over 55% but the CSA insist he has provided the information requested. Is there any way of investigating this further?
    Any help or advice appreciated!
