He was putting all utility bills etc in someone else's name and didnt go on the electoral roll so he couldnt be found that way. I gave them his car registration number and they checked it with the DVLA and used that as a confident address. I also gave them his work details (he's self employed so I gave them the addresses of the people he contracts to) and they called them for the address on his invoice. I guess if he's employed they could do that too?</p> <p>Keep phoning them with every little bit of info you can find.
