My first point is do any arrears have to be paid within two years, I have had problems with the CSA and from reading the forum nearly every thread gets my agreement.</p> <p>So do any arrears have to be paid within two years and is there any law by statute because the CSA is a Government organisation and is under the jurisdiction of DWP. </p>
